Welcome to Healong Sportswear factory, let me take you to visit our factory.

【1】This is our showing room. It contains all kinds of products from our factory. We will often update the products on this room to ensure that we can keep up with the fashion. Our main products are basketball jerseys, t-shirts, polo shirts, ice hockey jerseys, rugby jerseys, baseball jerseys, soccer jerseys,cycling jersey, jackets, tracksuits, hoodies etc...

【2】This is sewing department, there's 2 sewing line in this area, Line 1 and Line 2, approximately 50 sewing workers in total. This is only a small part of the sewing staff, we have two other buildings that are sewing departments. So our sewing speed is very fast, we can deliver to you on time.

【3】This is our sublimation design department. There's over 10 sublimation designers and each of them are in charge of different clients.

They will work out a mini printing sample before officially printing, and we'll sign it and move into the officially printing after we confirm the fabric, color and logo with client.

【4】This is printing department. This is out printing machine, we will print the pattern first and then print the pattern on the fabric. We use imported Muton printers from Japan and the ink is from Italy. The weather in Guangzhou is unstable and wet, It can influence the color of the printing, so we have this dehumidifier to control the humidity to make sure the color is right.

【5】This room is for heat transfer printing, They control the temperature between 210-220 degree, and it requires differ speed for various fabric, thus it spends a lot electricity on this. At the same time when we do heat transfer printing, there's some QC people will check the colors, to make sure the color for bulk order is the same as the printing sample.



【6】 There's 3 laser cutting machines, which mainly used for small sublimation orders below 250pcs, because we do printing first and then cut for those small order as mentioned earlier. cutting by Laser machine is more accurate and effecient，which compared to cutting by human.

【7】After heat transfer and cutting, we will move to QC process, the QC department will check on logo, colors, names and artwork on each piece,to make sure everything is exactly the same as the printing sample and order sheet before moving into sewing. And we will send the printing piece to the fifth floor after checking, and then waiting in line for sewing.

【8】This is cutting department, usually they put the paper pattern onto the cloth, and then do the cutting according to the paper pattern. It is noted that sublimation order over 250pcs will need to cut fabric here first, which will be much efficient since we can cut many white fabric in one time.

【9】 This is embroidery department, this machine with one head is only for sample use, while the big machine with 12 heads is for bulk order.

【10】 This is our heat seal department. After the stickers are made, we will cut them out one by one, and then use the machine to press the LOGO onto the fabric. The materials used to make the LOGO are very good and will not fall off easily.

【11】This is QC department. They cut threads by machine, because it's more efficient. When thread cutting finished, we will move into ironing department, it makes garment look nicer after ironing. If everything is good, they will move to packing, usually 1 poly bag with 1pcs individual garment.
