Today we introduce sublimation hockey jersey, the production process is divided into 11 steps.
When the customers decide to cooperate with us, we first forward his request to the designer to make up a design:
1、Product design(as shown below)
2.After confirming the design, we will submit the documents to the pattern designer to make the size pattern and adjust the size of the product (as shown below).
3.Next, the size pattern will be handed over to the sublimation design department for color adjustment (as shown below).
4.When the sublimation designer finish matching the color, they transmit it to the sublimation printing department, then the design pattern will be perfectly printed on the specific paper.
PS: Italian ink must be used for sublimation printing, because it can guarantee the accuracy of the color (as shown below).
5.When the printing is finished, we need to heat transfer the design pattern on the cloth.(as shown below)
6.When finish heat transfer, of course, we need to cut them out of the cloth, so the next step: slicing
7.When slice is finished, the professional personnel will check whether there is mistake or defects on the cloth, such as the logo size, pattern size , color difference etc.( as shown below)
8.When the cutting pieces are inspected correctly, we will send them to the sewing department for sewing (as shown below).
9.To complete the production of one hockey jersey, we still need to iron it to remove the wrinkle and make it flat. (as shown below).

11.Last step, pack the finished hockey jersey according to the customer’s request (as shown below).
